Amarillo Estates Manufactured Home Community - or Mobile Home Park - is conveniently located just inside the north and east City Limits of Amarillo Texas, less than a mile from US Hwy 87/287 and from Loop 335.  It started in 1965 as a trailer and RV park - now the original section of the park where the homes are found in cul-de-sacs for quiet privacy and the shade of the many trees. 

We acquired the park in 1994 and expanded up the hill to the east, designing bigger  lots to accommodate newer and larger family size manufactured homes, making a total of 250 lots.   The community features a recently remodeled Club House and Office.  And near the center of the community, next to the Club House is a large grassy area - perfect for playing. 

All of the local public utilities provided to the City of Amarillo, including natural gas, water, sewer, electricity, telephone, cable TV and regular garbage pick-up are available to each lot on the property.  The Amarillo Fire Department and Amarillo Police Department serve the community.
