How We Help Home Ownership

We have the houses and are using private investors to create financing. We pay interest to the private investors and use the funds to put first mortgages on the property. The investor is in first position and we are in second. We collect all payments at Amarillo Property Management, Inc. including the tax and insurance.  We make payments to the investor and he gets paid off in the first ten years.  We keep the remainder of the mortgage.

This has worked very well. The buyer is able to get financing from us. Many times this is the only way these couples are able to buy a house. The investor receives an excellent yield on his investment. It is secured by the property, the buyer and by us.

It works well for us. We have the property and need buyers. We get the best prices because we give owner financing and our costs are very low since we do the paperwork.
